1. Ordera. Pre-order
i. All pre-order items (GO or tingi) will be purchased directly from official korean websites. Please be reminded that these items are pre-ordered, thus, it will not be shipped immediately and may take some time before it arrives at my KR/PH Address. The occurrence of delays in KR companies and couriers' end are beyond my control already but rest assured that time-to-time updates will be provided.b. On Hand
i. All on-hand items under the tag #lilcrushOH are official and some may contain marks/dents due to the nature of its material, factory defect, mishandling of courier, poor packaging, and/or same condition when I received it. I will be providing photos and/or videos showing the item's actual condition as per the buyer's request.2. Paymenta. Modes of payment are GCash or Bank Transfer only. Account numbers for respective payment channels can be found in the payment form linked in the order confirmation email/dm.b. Failure to pay within the said deadline will lead to incurring additional fees or cancellation (see #4).c. After paying, fill up the payment form, and don't forget to attach the receipt or proof of payment. No submitted form = no payment made.3. Shipmenta. Modes of delivery are direct Flash, GGX, J&T, and LBC; SDD (Grab, Lalamove, Toktok, Borzo, etc), or SCO (see letter d) only.b. Do not forget to fill up the shipment form indicated in the arrival notice email (for pre-order items ONLY!) or order confirmation sent through dm (on-hand items ONLY!). No submitted form = not included in the shipment.c. [Optional] Item Insurance
i. If you want your items to be protected, you can calculate the additional fee here. This is to ensure that you will get compensation in case of damaged, missing, or lost parcels while in transit. Please be guided that different couriers have different policies in line with this. (Not applicable to SCO.)d. SCO listing price is ₱17+ (inclusive of shopee and packing fees already). It is indeed a cheaper alternative but please be aware of the risks and problems buyers may encounter if choosing this as a MOD. I will not be held liable and will not give any compensation on my end if in case your parcel, shipped via SCO, gets damaged, missing, or lost while in transit.4. Feesa. Late Payment Fee
i. Buyer/s will be required to pay a late payment fee of ₱30 PER DAY (to be sent along with total item price) if they failed to pay on or before the given deadline. Maximum of 7 days extension will be given or else, their slot/s will be forfeited and they will be marked as bogus buyer/joy reserver (see #7).b. Cancellation Fee
i. For pre-ordered items, I do not allow cancellations especially if the goods are secured/bought from the website/sellers already.
ii. For on hand items, a cancellation fee worth 50% of the total item price will be collected if the buyer decides to not take their slot/s anymore.c. Packing Fee
i. I will be collecting a base packaging fee of ₱15 per buyer, to be paid along with local shipping fee (LSF) or with the payment of item/s (if choosing SDD as MOD).

5. Transferring of slota. I do not endorse transferring of slots as I'm not comfortable when my personal details are being shared without my consent (especially GCash details and bank account). Buyer should finish our own transaction first and foremost. Any requests/messages regarding this matter will not be attended to.6. Refunda. For pre-ordered items, if it happens that the goods secured get canceled by the official website itself, refund will start once the money is sent back to my account.b. For on-hand items, a full refund will be given only if the buyer provides a full unboxing video (with waybill) and if it happens that I am the one at fault. However, concerns like damage/s incurred from the mishandling of the couriers will not be honored by me.7. Bogus / Joy Reservera. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction with a bogus buyer/joy reserver and post them, together with their details, for the sole purpose of raising awareness.b. Buyer will be tagged as bogus buyer/joy reserver if they are among the following:
i. buyer who hasn't settled any types of payment (down payment, balance, or full payment) yet within the given deadline plus the maximum 7 days late payment extension;
ii. buyer who hasn't paid the cancellation fee; or
iii. buyer who has previous records of being a bogus buyer/joy reserver to other shops.

1. What is NETA/FETA?
- I usually use two modes of international shipping. Please be guided accordingly:
> NETA via UMAC (sea cargo) usually takes 3-4 weeks before a box arrives in PH; or
> FETA via EMS (air cargo) with 7-14 days transit time.

*Do note that the counting of ETA starts after the box gets dispatched from KR address.
*May take longer due to delays such as inclement weather, holidays, or any unseen circumstance.
